Adobe Reader is required to view the application, and is available as a free download from the Adobe website.
A three hour notary class is required for all new notary applicants in the state of Florida. These applicants will receive a Certificate of Training once the course is successfully completed, which they need to print out and make a few copies of. The application must be completed and submitted electronically after finishing this course. Applicants must also print a copy of the application and mail it to the bonding company, along with the Certificate of Training and any fees that weren't paid online.
